Advisory: CIA Director Brennan to Testify in Open Senate Intelligence Committee Hearing Next Week

WASHINGTON – Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) and Vice Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) will hold an open hearing next week with Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan.  This open hearing will examine the CIA’s intelligence activities and its ability to meet diverse mission requirements in support of our national security.

This is the fourth open hearing this Congress and follows National Counterterrorism Center Director Nicholas Rasmussen’s testimony in February, Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey’s testimony in July, and National Security Agency Director Michael Rogers’ testimony in September.
