ADVISORY: Senate Intel to Hold Open Nomination Hearing for National Reconnaissance Office

WASHINGTON – Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) and Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-VA) will hold an open hearing on Wednesday, May 1st on the nomination of Dr. Christopher Scolese to serve as Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

Dr. Christopher Scolese currently serves as the Director of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. Dr. Scolese was appointed to serve as Director of NRO by President Trump on February 7, 2019.
