Dept. Of Veterans Affairs Begins Providing Compensation to Lejeune Veterans Affected by Tainted Water

Today, a Department of Veteran's Affairs rule granting compensation to veterans suffering from illnesses caused by contaminated water at Camp Lejeune went into effect.
